Subcontractor Agreement - if you've chosen to have us represent
you and need to fill out a Subcontractor Agreement for our records.
Profile Staffing Timesheet (PDF) - if you're currently working
at a client we've placed you with and need to submit a weekly timesheet
of the hours you've worked. This PDF file must be printed and signed by
your client contact before it is faxed to us at 781.899.6850.
Profile Staffing Timesheet (MS Word) - for those of you
who would like to fill out your timesheets electronically. This Microsoft
Word file must be printed and signed by your client contact before
it is faxed to us at 781.899.6850.
- Talent will keep track of the number of hours worked on a weekly basis.
- Use either Profile Staffing's time sheet which is available above or use the Client's if the Client prefers.
- Be sure to get the hours approved by an authorized manager. To safeguard against the Client losing the time sheet, it is strongly suggested that the Talent assume the responsibility of faxing the time sheet to Profile Staffing (fax number 781-899-6850).
- Only when Profile Staffing has the approved hours in hand can the Client be invoiced.
- Profile Staffing will remit payment to Talent immediately upon receipt of payment from the Client (clients are invoiced net 30 days). In the event of a slow paying Client or an administrative snag that delays Client payment Profile Staffing may advance against hours worked. The Talent is reminded however, that Profile Staffing is not obligated to make payments to Talent for the services rendered by Talent until such time as Profile Staffing has received payment from Client.
